Hello and Welcome!

My name is Andre Smith. This 2021/2022 school year is my 1st year teaching at Heritage High School.  Overall, this is my 11th year teaching High School. Along with being the Varsity Head Football Coach I teach: Basic Algebra 1 A, Study Skills and Varsity Football.  

I earned my AA degree from West LA College, BS- Delaware State University, MA- Azusa Pacific University, while competing as student athlete.

Basic Math Classes

• Students are required write in their Math notebooks daily.
• We will follow the Algebra 1 curriculum is differentiated and modifications are built into the class.
• Parents and students are encouraged to monitor grades and progress in Infinite Campus (IC).

Study Skills

• Students will work on IEP goals, Transitional life skills
• Student will be working on other classroom work assignments

• Weights/Strength& Conditioning/ Mentorship
